- Develop social relationships:
- Interpersonal: express empathy/understanding by active listening (open & non-judgmental verbal and non-verbal communication, paraphrasing, asking clarifying questions, ...) (see also courses on conversation techniques)
- Intra- and intergroup: link behaviour to important (social) identity/ies (e.g., Memomove) (see social identity approach)
- Provide social support (but especially from ingroup members).
